  • Solutions: Join Khaleeqa for a weekly Q&A, get answers to your questions and solutions to your weight loss problems.  
  • Personalized: Khaleeqa will email you directly with your custom calorie and macro breakdown based on your specific needs, along with a suggested intermittent fasting window.

The Commitment

  • Weight In: Every week you will share a video with Khaleeqa using that week’s password showing your progress on the scale. 
  • Intermittent fasting: All participates will take part in an intermittent fasting protocol. This way of eating requires that you fast for no less than 16 hours per day daily. Your eating window can be from 8 hours to one hour. 
  • Share: Each participant is required to post a minimum of 4 times per week in the group, not including the weekly weigh-ins to Khaleeqa. 
  • Cost: The cost challenge is $99 for six week. This includes the administraion of program and resources along with a portion of the funds that go toward the cash prize.
  • Integrity: You owe it to yourself to do everything you set out to do for yourself.
